Shipping Policy
Winners Circle Merchandise Inc. Shipping policy worldwide. Pre-order items usually arrive within 2-3 weeks, separate from other items in your order.
Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout.
Winners Circle Merchandise Inc.
is dedicated to providing exceptional products and timely delivery. We
typically process all items within 72 hours of receiving payment.
However, shipping times can vary, with some companies taking 10-15 days
per customer’s feedback. We understand this can be frustrating, but once
an item is shipped from our facility and you receive a tracking number,
it’s now in the hands of the shipping company associated with that
number.
Express delivery is not available for
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. After an order is paid, our warehouse
needs 1-3 days to process it. You’ll receive a notification once your
order is shipped. In most cases, the package will arrive within the
estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be
affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external
factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate
delivery date. If your package hasn’t been delivered or your tracking
information shows it has been delivered but you haven’t received it, you
must contact Customer Service within 45 days of the order date. For
other orders, products, or logistics-related issues, you must contact
Customer Service within 90 days of the order date.
Winners Circle Merchandise Inc.
is not responsible for shipping address discrepancies such as lost,
stolen, or missing packages, or incorrectly delivered shipments. The
customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address
information. If your purchase is returned to our facility by USPS due to
address discrepancies and your item doesn’t arrive by the anticipated
delivery date, we’ll exchange and return it at no cost.
