Shipping Policy

Winners Circle Merchandise Inc. is determined to provide world-class products and deliver them in a timely fashion. We normally process all items within 72hrs of receiving payment. However, many shipping companies’ delivery times are 10-15 days per valued customer’s feedback. We do understand how this can be frustrating, however, once the item has been shipped from our facility and you receive a tracking number, the item is now in the hands of the shipping company that the tracking number is associated with.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date. 

Winners Circle Merchandise Inc. won't be responsible for every shipping address discrepancies, such as lost, stolen, or perhaps missing, and incorrectly delivered shipments. It's the customer's duty to offer the appropriate delivery address info. In case your purchase is returned to our facility of ours by USPS as a result of any address discrepancies and if your item of yours doesn't show up by the anticipated distribution day, your product is exchanged and returned at no cost.
